Refund Policy
Кратко по-русски. Всё цифровое и приходит сразу после подтверждения платежа, поэтому покупки обычно окончательные. Если оплата прошла, а кредиты или Доступ не пришли, вы заплатили дважды или сумма не совпала с заказом — напишите на [email protected], мы всё проверим и начислим или вернём USDT.

What you buy on ПростоПорно is digital: credits appear on your account and Premium ("Доступ") starts as soon as your USDT transfer is confirmed on the blockchain. Because it is delivered at once, a purchase is normally final. We put things right when:
- The payment arrived but nothing appeared. If an hour after confirmation you still have no credits or Premium, write to [email protected] with the amount and the approximate time. We find the transfer and either deliver the order or return the money.
- The amount did not match the order. Such a transfer is kept for you; on request we credit it to your account or send it back.
- One order was paid twice. The second payment is returned in full.
- Something broke on our side and kept you from using what you paid for: we refund the unused part or add the lost days to your Premium.
Refunds are sent in USDT (TRC20) to the address the payment came from, minus the network fee, within 7 days of our reply. Spent credits, used Premium days and accounts closed for breaking the Terms are not refunded.
Premium is a one-off payment and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel: at the end of the period your account goes back to the free plan.
